Become a Leader in Your Organization

The ability to successfully manage projects from beginning to end is a highly desirable skill that transcends industry.

Improve Your Knowledge

Project management skills have become more of a general management tool than the sole preserve of a specialist in the project management field. Everybody now recognizes the importance of delivering business results to specification, on time, and within budget. That is exactly what project management skills enable you to do!

Make More Money

Not only is PMP Certification recognized internationally, but the credential itself has marketable benefits. According to PMI's Project Management Salary Survey, PMP professionals reported a $10,000 salary advantage over their non-PMP counterparts.

Gain Credibility

PMI’s standards are the most widely recognized standards in the profession – and increasingly the model for project management in business and government. The standards are developed and updated by thousands of PMI volunteers with experience in every type of project and provide a common language for project management around the world.

"The PMP Certification has made a huge difference in my career, and I couldn't have done it without your training course. You guys are the best, and I will definitely recommend others to your training."

- Glenn Mauney

Quick Answers to Your PMP Questions

Who is this class intended for?

This class is intended for supervisors, young professionals, and anyone interested in improving their career prospects with a PMP Certification.

Is the PMP exam included with the training?

No, you will need to complete an eligibility application with PMI, showing that you've completed training and that you've satisfied the 4,500-hour work experience requirement. After PMI grants your eligibility, you will purchase the PMP exam directly from them.

Does this PMP course satisfy the 35-hour training requirement?

Yes! This class is approved by PMI and satisfies the 35-hour training requirement so you can qualify for the PMP exam.

What's the difference between CAPM and PMP?

CAPM is the lower-level credential for project management professionals and requires fewer hours of work experience to become eligible to take the exam. PMP is the "gold standard" for project manage, hence the higher bar on work experience hours.

How do I know if my work experience will count?

The Project Management Institute, who created the PMP Certification, is the ultimate authority on validating a candidate's work experience. If you have questions about whether your project experience will be accepted, you should contact PMI directly.

That said, PMI outlines exactly what constitutes a "project" in the Project Management Book of Knowledge (or PMBOK). You may either purchase the PMBOK guide from the PMI website or register for our PMP training course, which covers this content.
